We can't think about Johanny without getting a warm fuzzy feeling inside. She took the anxiety of finding a home away. She asked for our list of requirements and she stuck to that list. She was very accommodating, travelled 3+ hours to South Florida to show us homes and was warm to our always-screaming 5 year old. And when it came time to make our offer, she went to bat for us and never backed down no matter how testy the negotiation became.
